Key Deposit & TV Remote Control
A $20 cash deposit is required on arrival and will be returned on the morning of departure.
Guests leaving early please advise and we will return your key deposit by post to your registered address.

Hotel Access
We do have 24 hour access available to all rooms, the entrance is via Goulburn Street. All rooms are located on the first and second floors of the hotel, and unfortunately we do not have lift facilities and therefore we cannot accommodate persons who cannot walk up stairs.
No Smoking or Cooking
Smoking and or cooking is not permitted in either the rooms or common areas. Smoke Detectors have been fitted in every area and are linked back to the NSW Fire Brigade. If the alarm is activated due to smoking or cooking in the rooms, the penalty issued by the NSW Fire Brigade is $500 to the registered guest.
Please ensure you keep the bathroom door closed whilst taking a shower as the alarms are sensitive to steam.
Parking

Pets
Sorry the Department of Health will not allow us to have animals on the hotel premises.
